Dr. Rachel Alex is the Founder and CEO of HELP in Schools, a leadership development and consulting firm established in July 2021 to support school systems in building strong leaders, sustainable systems, and measurable results. With nearly three decades of experience in public education, Dr. Alex has dedicated her career to helping educators, leaders, and organizations maximize their impact on student success. Her professional journey spans the classroom, campus leadership, district administration, regional service, and executive leadership. She has served as a teacher, counselor, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, turnaround principal, executive director, Chief Academic and Accountability Officer, and Interim Superintendent.
